Module 1: Self Awareness and Emotional Intelligence (8 weeks, e-learning)
Module 2: Professional Skills Training (12 weeks, live virtual sessions)
Module 3: Internship/Practicum, Supervision and Career Mentorship ( As needed after module 2)
The Goals for the program are;
1. To build capacity in Trauma-informed practice across Africa
2. To facilitate access to professional supervision and internship/practicum opportunities for students in health sciences and Psychology
3. To create opportunities for meaningful work, for locally and internationally, for recent graduates in health sciences and Psychology
